Sarah Mussell joined Oakmount Dental Care in June 2021.

​

Sarah was a young patient at the practice and was inspired to consider dentistry as a career.

​

She studied dentistry at Cardiff University from 2009 to 2014 and achieved an Honours. After graduating, Sarah spent time working in an NHS practice before joining a private practice in Ferndown, where she enjoys being able to offer a wider range of treatments.

​

In January 2019, Sarah undertook postgraduate studies at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute, UCL, London. She finished in December 2020 with a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry and has started writing her dissertation to complete the MSC in 2023 in order to achieve a Masters MSc in Restorative Dentistry.

​

Sarah enjoys all areas of dentistry but particularly cosmetic treatments that can give a patient their smile and confidence back. She also enjoys treating children and looking after nervous patients.

​

In her spare time, she likes travelling, enjoys the great outdoors, trying new foods and spending time with friends and family- especially spoiling her young niece and nephews.

​

Having grown up in Chandlers Ford and with a close-knit family in the area, this is coming home for Sarah and we are happy to have her join the team.
